Plastic Brick Museum
Located in Bellaire, Ohio, the Plastic Brick Museum (previously known as the Toy and Plastic Brick Museum) describes itself as an Unofficial LEGO Museum. Housed in a former elementary schoolhouse, the museum collects and displays MOCs and commissioned sculptures built with LEGO elements including works by freelance builders Nathan Sawaya and Jason Burik.
The museum's owner, Dan Brown (not to be confused with the author), bought the old school building after a consolidation caused the school to move to a different location. The many classrooms of the building lend themselves to compartmentalization of different LEGO themes. Most of the rooms are filled with LEGO creations of one specific type (castle, train, boats, etc.)
