For other uses, see Brick (disambiguation).

When used in the context of measurement brick refers to a height of 24 LDU or the height of three plates excluding the studs (or two plates and one tile).

The most common use is in the description of buildings where fans might describe the height of each floor as 8 brick high. This does not mean that there are eight layers of bricks per se but rather the total of the bricks and plates used is equivalent to eight bricks stacked together.
